Meditation is a scientifically proven practice which heightens our sense of awareness; increases our ability to process information more efficiently; and drastically reduces stress, tension, and restless thought patterns and behaviour.  It is not simply sitting quietly in a room full of candles but an active practice to still the active thoughts and emotions that continually bombard our minds.

If practiced daily with earnestness, meditation is 100% guaranteed to have an effect, to shift the way thoughts flow through your mind, decrease stress, and increase sense of well being.

If you’re looking for a meditation practice based in the tradition of yoga, this course is for you!

Course is open to all including pregnant women and their partners.
