Classes are:

Gentle - Thursday 6-7:15pm or Saturday 9-10:15am

Family Yoga (pregnant women are welcome)  - Friday 10-11am

Mom and Baby Yoga (for women only) - Friday 11:30-12:45pm

Prenatal Yoga - Saturday 10:30-11:45am
