In Sattva Yoga Mama & Baby Class, we focus on nourishing practices that fill your energy from within and nurture your connection with your baby. Sattva Yoga draws from the full yogic tradition & practices including -- yoga poses, breathwork, pranayama, mantra, mudras, meditation. It is an integrated yoga practice uniquely created for the mamas and babies in the class at the moment. Come as you are! If you need to rest and feed your baby through the entire class, you will benefit by being in community with mamas like you.
