Sattva Prenatal Yoga is a nourishing and uplifting practice that supports women in their journey toward becoming a mama.
It is an integrated yoga practice uniquely created for the students in the class at the moment. Sattva Prenatal Yoga draws from the full yogic tradition & practices including -- yoga poses, breathwork, pranayama, mantra, mudras, meditation. The intention for each class is to balance and heal on all levels - body, energy, mind, emotion and knowledge, to awaken our wholeness so we can be our fullest selves as mothers.
