Join us for this class, workshopping the sequences, "flows" and transitions found in a Vinyasa class! Vinyasa means "to place in a special way", setting us up for a mindful practice and flowing movement. We'll dive deep into tips and tricks for some of the main transitions, including low lunges, warrior poses, and that ever elusive chaturanga. Come ready to play, explore, and move with your breath!
