Yoga with your Tot

This is an on-going class for you to practice yoga with your tot learning a few poses, too. Creative movement, play and songs are incorporated into the practice. This is a fun way to blend exercise for you and connection with your child while enhancing your tot's body awareness, flexibility, strength and self-expression.
