Belly after Baby

In this class you will learn time-tested yoga poses that will strengthen and tone abdominal and pelvic muscles, which are often overstretched and weakened in pregnancy and childbirth.

This class is safe for you anytime after birth if you had a vaginal delivery. Please wait until 6 weeks after a cesarean birth. We will also help you to heal a diastasis (separation of the recti-abdominal muscles).
