Do you experience the loss of control of your bladder when you cough or sneeze? Solutions to this and other symptoms of pelvic floor weakness are addressed in this experiential and supportive on-going class.
Over the years, thousands of women – from teenagers, pregnant and new mothers to post menopause – have come to me with these problems like pelvic floor weakness, incontinence, lower back and pelvic pain, as well as other women’s health issues, and have been helped.
Through my own experience in healing from a severe back injury and a prolapsed uterus, and as a Women’s Health nurse and certified yoga instructor, I have gained a deep understanding of how to help you. With just 10 minutes a day you will feel the difference. You don’t have to suffer anymore!
In this on-going class you will learn safe and gentle yoga poses to help counter the effects of:
- Urinary stress incontinence
- Uterine/bladder/rectum prolapse
- Bowel incontinence
- Pelvic pain
- Pain during or after sex
- Pelvic floor disorders
This class is ideal for any woman of any age, prenatal or postpartum, during menopause, before or after surgery or simply to maintain a healthy pelvic floor.
You will learn non-invasive exercises that strengthen and tone your body, decrease incontinence and correct placement of organs while significantly reducing the need for drugs or surgery.
