Many women ask, after the baby is born, “Why didn’t anyone tell me more about how to prepare myself for postpartum?”

The first 40 days after a baby arrives can be very challenging and feel quite overwhelming! It is possible for your experience to be different by preparing for your postpartum time. This can help you to feel better, recover faster and avoid symptoms of postpartum depression.

This workshop is focused on proven solutions for thriving, not just surviving, your postpartum time.

You will learn:

·       Five universal postpartum needs and ways to meet them

·       To create a postpartum nurturing plan

·       Tips for strengthening your relationship with your partner

·       Gentle yoga poses for postpartum

 Bring your partner or someone who plans to be a part of supporting you after baby arrives.
