How do you navigate the many changes that happen in relationship during pregnancy and after?
We have many unconscious patterns for connecting and relating to each other. Shifting and bringing consciousness to those patterns can dramatically deepen the love and communication within our relationship.
But what does yoga have to do with it?? Everything!
This is an experiential workshop where we will learn yogic breath, energetic and physical practices that bring awareness and presence to the connection between the two of you. We’ll talk frankly about the challenges and changes that occur in relationship during pregnancy and after baby arrives that can impact your life together. We’ll share about the changes that happen sexually with many couples and ways to ease those challenges. You’ll leave with practices you can implement immediately to strengthen your love and connection through this amazing transition into your life as a threesome.
Bring your partner, spouse, boy/girl/they friend—all relationships are welcome. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or it’s your first time, join us. No prior yoga experience (or body flexibility) necessary.
