Date Night: Couples Yoga

Looking for a unique and connecting way to be together?  

Relationships require intention to help you turn toward each other with presence and  dedicated time. Yoga provides a beautiful way to  deepen your emotional, energetic and spiritual  connection and communication with each other. 

In this workshop, we’ll explore breath, energetic and physical practices to  activate and enliven the sweetness and juiciness of your connection together.  

Bring your partner, spouse, boy/girl friend or date— someone you’d like to dive deeper with!

No prior yoga experience neccesary. Whether you are an experienced yogi or it’s your first time, you’re in for a treat! All are welcome.

$20 drop-in each person or use 2 classes from your discount class card.
