Motherhood is a full time job of nurturing and loving your little one and family. To be a mindful mother it is important that, you too, are finding ways to reconnect with your body and take care of your mental and physical health.
In New Mothers Restorative Yoga you will have a chance to do just that. You will be guided through a series of specific postures that promote relaxation to the body, calmness to the busy mind, while also helping to control hormonal imbalances, which may arise after having a baby.
This restorative sequence is an ideal practice if you are experiencing baby blues, postpartum depression, anxiety or OCD, or feeling more challenge in adjusting to parenthood.
