Archana is a puja or practice that brings prosperity to the family and peace to the world. We begin with chanting the 108 Names of Mata Amritanandamayi or Amma as she is known, then the Sri Lalita Sahasranama, the 1000 Names of Divine Mother.

With the chanting of Lalita Sahasranama the atmosphere gets purified, and the energy in every nerve of our body will be awakended. You do not need to know the chants to receive the benefits. 

 After the puja we will meditate.

 You are welcome to come and go as you need to.
