Meditation for Pregnant Mamas

Your baby's health and well-being begin at conception and are directly influenced by your consciousness. When you are relaxed, healthy and happy, your baby is too. There are many additional benefits to meditation, especially during pregnancy. When practiced regularly, these benefits will also extend into your journey through birth and parenting. This is a weekly 30 minute guided meditation. Aditi will share meditation practices that are particularly wonderful during pregnancy. You can come on your own, or invite your partner to join too.
