When met with uncertainty, stress, anxiety, and the general transitions of life it is common to feel insecure, unsafe or just not know how to be present in the face of the unknown. So often we find ourselves asking, how do we stay present and build resilience while welcoming life on life's terms? How do we navigate the ebbs and flows of life, welcoming the joys as equally as the sorrows?
So, as a way to support collective wellbeing, and to support the cultivation of presence, joy, ease and equanimity, I offer a free (by donation) weekly meditation event via Zoom, every Monday morning at 9am PST.
This weekly meditation includes experiential practice and instruction, and time for conversation and questions. Together we will explore practices that:
-help manage anxiety and stress
-regulate the nervous system
-cultivate emotion regulation
-foster connection and community
