Infant Massage in the Mom and Baby Yoga Class

You will practice several massage techniques along with specific baby movement exercises and playful songs that are fun for you and your baby.

You will also learn techniques to:

• Promote sleep

• Soothe and calm baby during teething

• Enhance digestion and elimination and relieve symptoms of colic.

• Prepare for rolling, turning and crawling, avoiding torticollis (baby's head turns mostly to one side) and plagiocephaly (flathead)

• Help with tummy-time

After a sweet full body baby massage we will focus on what your needs are like lower back and pelvis, neck and shoulders or a deep restorative pose.
