Yoga After Birth

Gentle yoga poses are taught to help you to strengthen, energize, and tone your whole body while deepening your sense of well being. We focus on specific areas such as neck and shoulders, abdominals, lower back, and pelvis. Class is taught online so you don't have to leave your home until you are ready.  This is safe and supportive to your healing and restoring your body after birth. 

It is best to wait until 3 weeks after a vaginal birth and 6 weeks after a cesarean to take the class.
