Prana: Healing Anxiety

Anxietyrestlessness, and sleep issues are a challenge for many people. Learn techniques that ground and bring calm to your nervous system, while harmonizing the brain. 

We are made of mostly Energy or Prana.  Our access to prana is through the breath.  We have the ability to manage and balance the energy of our bodies by using different breathing techniques.  

You will learn simple and effective yogic breath techniques and poses that strengthen your nervous system and bring in calm energy, along with helpful yogic practices that can make a shift with anxiety and sleep issues.  You will leave with a simple15- minute practice that you can implement in daily life to keep the calm energy flowing.
